The Odyssey Program
The Odyssey Program is a 5-day program that allows participants to apply the powerful insights and thinking processes of Theory of Constraints’s (TOC) to their own life journey.

The Odyssey Program will take place from 30 July to 6 August 2012 at the Herods Hotel on the beachfront of Tel Aviv. This beautiful venue offers four-star accommodation and facilities and access to a modern city within a country with ancient roots

Why is this program different from others?
Odyssey Program attendees learn how the apply the tested and powerful thinking processes of Theory of Constraints to identify and overcome limiting assumptions and other obstacles to setting and achieving ambitious goals, closing expectation gaps and or making difficult decisions
What does the daily schedule looks like?
The course runs from 8 in the morning until around 5 in the afternoon – but participants are also encouraged to explore the city in their free time and head out for dinner together.
How many people participate in the program?
Attendance is limited to 30 to 35 persons per program, so make sure you apply early!
What age must I be to attend the program?
The program is open for anyone from the age of 16 years and up.
Odyssey is presented in two parts
This 5-day program introduces first-time participants to the simple yet powerful principles of Theory of Constraints and guides them through the process of applying these to set ambitious life goals and to analyze the various unresolved conflicts and limiting assumptions that are blocking them from achieving these goals with simple & sustainable changes. This year’s Freshman program will be take place from 30 July to 3 August.
This 3-day program was developed by Dr. Goldratt, and was designed to build upon skills learned in the freshman program. Following Dr. Goldratt’s vision for the program, Alumni are challenged and guided to make a major breakthrough in an important topic where no major advance has been made recently, and which is relevant to both our personal and professional lives. The Alumni program takes place this year from 4 to 6 August.
This year’s Alumni will analyze the question: Why we don’t seem to learn from our experiences and when we do, frequently learn the wrong lessons.
The program is open for anyone from the age of 16 years and up. Please take out initially designed for young people
